2006年度,北京市第一中级法院审理的冒充高干子弟,中央国家机关干部或军警人员进行诈骗的案件近20件,2007年以来又接连受理数起此类案件。骗子们虚构的高贵出身让一些人巴结高攀,吹嘘的门路关系让一些人趋之若鹜,而当“高干子弟”们露出庐山真面目时,那些相信他们的人才大呼上当痛恨不已。更有一些人难逃倾家荡产,损失惨重的厄运。为了让更多的人提高警惕,识破骗局,免受损失。记者特约法官对此类案件进行综合分析,总结归纳了此类诈骗案件的共同特点,提醒人们谨防上当受骗。
