目的:实验观察半夏白术天麻汤化裁方对高血脂模型大鼠相关指标的影响,为临床用药提供药效学依据。方法:给予大鼠高脂饲料4周,造成高血脂大鼠模型,同时给予受试药半夏白术天麻汤化裁方,测定给药过程中大鼠体重变化,及给药后高脂模型大鼠甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CHOL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、载脂蛋白A1(apoA1)、载脂蛋白B(apoB),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD),丙二醛(MDA)的变化。结果:半夏白术天麻汤化裁方3个剂量组体重与模型组比较,高剂量组体重较同期模型对照组比较有所增加。3个剂量组对血清甘油三酯均具有显著地降低作用,高剂量组对血清CHOL,LDL水平亦具有显著地降低作用,与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。3个剂量组能不同程度提高血清HDL水平,但与模型组比较无显著性差异。各组大鼠血清apo A1水平均无显著性差异,各剂量组和血脂康对照组不同程度降低Apo B水平,其中高剂量组最为明显。3个剂量组不同程度提高SOD活性,降低MDA含量,其中以高剂量作用最为明显。结论:半夏白术天麻汤化裁方具有明确的改善高血脂相关指标的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Banxiabaizhutianma Decoction on hyperlipidemia-related indicators in rats and provide pharmacodynamic basis for clinical use. Methods: The rats were given high-fat diet for 4 weeks, which caused hyperlipidemia in rats. The rats were also treated with Banxiabaizhutianma Decoction at the same time. The body weight of the rats was measured during the administration. (TG), Cholesterol (CHOL), HDL, LDL, apoA1, apoB and superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) changes. Results: Compared with the model group, the body weight of Banxiabaizhu Tianma Tangmai Recipe group had increased compared with the model group, the body weight of high dose group increased compared with the model control group. The three dose groups had a significant reduction in serum triglycerides, while the high dose group also significantly reduced serum CHOL and LDL levels, which was significantly different from the model group (P <0.05). The three dose groups can raise serum HDL levels to some extent, but no significant difference compared with the model group. The level of serum apo A1 in each group had no significant difference. The levels of Apo B in each dose group and Xuezhikang control group were decreased to some extent, of which the high dose group was the most obvious. The three dose groups increased SOD activity and decreased the content of MDA, with the most obvious effect being high dose. Conclusion: Banxiabaizhu Tianma Decoction has a clear improvement in hyperlipidemia-related indicators.
