烯烃与苯甲酰基亚甲基三苯基胂 (1)反应 ,顺利生成顺 - 1-苯甲酰基 - 2 -芳基取代的环丙烷衍生物。反应不生成反式异构体。副产物三苯基胂可回收。如改用叶立德 (1)对应的溴盐 ,在四氢呋喃或乙腈中于 K2 CO3 存在下反应可获得相同的产物。
The reaction of alkene with benzoylmethylenetriphenylarsine (1) leads to the smooth formation of cis - 1 - benzoyl - 2 - aryl substituted cyclopropane derivatives. The reaction does not produce the trans isomer. By-product triphenylarsine is recyclable. The same product can be obtained by reaction with the corresponding bromide salt of ylide (1) in tetrahydrofuran or acetonitrile in the presence of K2CO3.
