目的 :本实验研究 5 0Hz交变磁场和稳恒磁场对荷瘤小鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)和IgG水平的影响。方法 :将接种肿瘤的小鼠随机分成一对照组和两实验组。两实验组小鼠分别施于 15mT的交变磁场和 80mT的稳恒磁场作用 ,每天 2次 ,每次 1h。在肿瘤全部出现后的第 9天 ,测定血清中TNF水平和IgG含量 ,分别与对照组比较。结果 :表明15mT的 5 0Hz交变磁场和 80mT的稳恒磁场均能明显提高血清TNF的水平 (P <0 .0 1)。而对血清IgG含量的影响 ,交变磁场较稳恒磁场明显 (P <0 .0 2 )。结论 :提示磁场可通过提高血清中TNF水平和IgG含量 ,抑制肿瘤生长 ,提高免疫功能
OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of alternating magnetic field of 50Hz and steady magnetic field on serum levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF) and IgG in tumor-bearing mice. Methods: Tumor-bearing mice were randomly divided into a control group and two experimental groups. Two experimental mice were applied to 15mT alternating magnetic field and 80mT of the role of the magnetic field, twice a day, each 1h. On the 9th day after all the tumors appeared, the level of TNF and the level of IgG in the serum were measured, and compared with the control group respectively. Results: It was shown that both the 5 0 Hz alternating magnetic field of 15 mT and the steady magnetic field of 80 mT significantly increased the level of serum TNF (P <0.01).
