目的探讨北京地区中医医院急性心肌梗死(AMI)发病率的空间地理分布模式及规律,为AMI的有效防控提供科学依据。方法采用地理信息系统(GIS)技术和空间统计分析方法对AMI相关资料进行分析处理。结果平均海拔、绿化率和空气质量与AMI发病率之间有明显的相关性(R=0.538,P=0.031,P<0.05;R=0.528,P=0.035,P<0.05;R=0.540,P=0.041,P<0.05);AMI发病率地图和Moran’s j空间自相关分析均显示AMI发病存在空间聚集性(Moran’s Index=0.16,Z=2.28),local Moran’s I统计分析指出AMI的高发热点区域。结论北京地区中医医院AMI发病率呈明显的地域分布规律。
Objective To explore the spatial and geographical distribution patterns and laws of the incidence of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in Chinese Medicine Hospital of Beijing area and provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention and control of AMI. Methods The GIS data and spatial statistical analysis method were used to analyze and process AMI related data. Results The mean elevation, afforestation rate and air quality were significantly correlated with the incidence of AMI (R = 0.538, P = 0.031, P <0.05; R = 0.528, P = 0.035, P < = 0.041, P <0.05). The spatial autocorrelation analysis between AMI incidence maps and Moran’s j showed spatial clustering of AMI (Moran’s Index = 0.16, Z = 2.28). Statistical analysis of local Moran’s I indicated that there was a high incidence of AMI. Conclusion The incidence of AMI in Chinese medicine hospitals in Beijing shows obvious geographical distribution.
