我国自改革开放以来,不仅经济建设取得了较大的发展,同时我国的建筑行业也迎来了勃勃的发展生机。虽然建筑行业发展迅速,但是伴随着快速发展的同时,建筑行业也涌现出了一系列的问题与矛盾。在目前新的时期之下,我国建筑工程施工所面临的最大的问题就是缺乏先进的管理经验与理念。在建筑工程项目管理的整个过程中,最重要的一个环节就是施工现场管理,因为工程施工的质量直接影响着建筑工程的质量与安全。因此,我国的建筑行业要想取得健康的发展,就必须首先要做好建筑工程施工现场的管理。

Although the construction industry is developing rapidly, along with the rapid development, a series of problems and contradictions have emerged in the construction industry. In the current new period, the biggest problem we face in the construction of China’s construction industry is the lack of advanced management experience and philosophy. In the entire process of construction project management, the most important aspect is the construction site management, because the quality of construction projects directly affect the quality and safety of construction. Therefore, if China’s construction industry wants to achieve healthy development, it must first manage the construction site construction.
