At the end of 1964, a nationwide discussion on “improving the design work with a revolutionary spirit” was carried out. Our reclamation planning and design comrades enthusiastically participated in this discussion. Before 1965, we conducted surveys on the status quo of the farm and planning and designing of the farm site planning and remobilization centering on the “eight principles” of adjustment, consolidation, enrichment and improvement. These jobs are necessary and useful. However, the remedial work, the progress is very slow,
