利用九个蛋白质、脂肪和总量含量高低不同的亲本,采用 S=4的轮回式部分双列杂交设计,对亲本在 F_1—F_3的配合力作了研究。结果表明,三性状在后代的表现主要由基因的加性效应决定,随着世代的推进,这种作用愈显重要,三性状含量与世代的互作显著,互作主要由世代与一般配合力互作引起,但与平均的一般配合力比较,这种互作并不重要。亲本的自身表现是一般配合力高低的重要指标,通过早期世代的一般配合力效应可以预知后期的一般配合力效应。
The combining ability of parents with F_1-F_3 was studied using nine partial crosses with S = 4 crosses of nine parents with different protein and fat levels. The results showed that the trait of the three traits in the offspring was mainly determined by the additive effect of the gene. With the advancing of generations, this effect became more and more important. The interdependence of the traits of three traits and generations was significant. The interdependence was mainly from generation to general combining ability However, this kind of interaction is not important as compared with the average general combining ability. The parent’s own performance is an important indicator of the general combining ability. Through the general combining ability effect of the early generation, the later general combining ability effect can be predicted.
