洪江水电站总装机22.5 kW,概算总投资为203573万元,工期4年。工程建设于1998年2月进场,计划于1998年12月大江截流,实现湖南省政府、五凌水电开发有限责任公司制定的“当年开工,当年截流”的目标。截至1998年5月,工程建设累计完成投资7000万元,一期围堰、左右岸轮渡码头、110kV 变电站、改线公路已基本完工,三大系统、一期基坑开挖进展顺利,投资得到了较好的控制。
