党的十八大以来,党中央对深化国有企业改革十分重视,习近平总书记就国有企业的改革发展发表了一系列重要讲话,对国有企业改革发展的战略考量、根本遵循和重点任务进行了深入的阐述,形成了内涵丰富的国有企业改革发展思想。在新的发展背景下全面推进国有企业改革发展,把国有企业做强做优做大,必须遵循和贯彻习近平总书记关于国有企业改革发展的思想。在这些思想的指导下,我们要加快推进国有企业改革发展,不断提高国有企业活力、影响力和抗风险能力,为中国特色社会主义伟大事业建设作出更大的历史性贡献。
