目的:建立过岗龙药材中落新妇苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定,色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇和0.1%的磷酸水梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长:290 nm。结果:进样量在0.24~2.10μg(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.13%,RSD=1.53%。结论:该方法简便、重复性好,可为过岗龙药材质量控制提供参考。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of astilbin in orally administered medicinal herbs. Methods: The chromatographic column was Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) with gradient elution of methanol and 0.1% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1. The detection wavelength was 290 nm. Results: The linearity was good in the range of 0.24-2.10μg (r = 0.999 9) with the average recovery of 100.13% and RSD of 1.53%. Conclusion: The method is simple, reproducible, and can provide reference for the quality control of the over-employed dragon medicinal materials.
