灌区内农业产量的提高是水、肥、土、种、气象以及农业政策和其它农业措施(包括病虫害防治)等多种因素综合作用的结果。在灌区的农业总效益中,如何将作物因灌溉而增加农业产量或产值分离出来,目前仍处于探讨阶段。为了探讨灌溉经济效益计算方法,笔者在湖北省青山水库灌区内,选定具有代表性的自然村进行了典型调查,并根据历年降雨量和实际的水稻产量计算了灌溉效益分摊系数。
The increase of agricultural output in irrigated areas is the result of a combination of factors such as water, fertilizer, soil, seed, weather and agricultural policies and other agricultural measures (including pest and disease control). In the total agricultural benefit in the irrigation area, how to separate the crop from increasing agricultural output due to irrigation or separating output value is still under discussion. In order to discuss the calculation method of economic benefits of irrigation, the author selected typical representative villages in Qingshan Reservoir Irrigation District of Hubei Province to conduct a typical survey and calculated the irrigation benefit coefficient according to the rainfall and the actual rice yield over the years.
