全国首个“食品企业质量安全检测技术示范中心”通过专家评审,今天在兰州举行揭牌仪式。该示范中心投入使用后,将大幅提升中西部地区的食品质量安全检测能力,推动食品生产企业的诚信体系建设,进一步保障食品质量安全。“食品企业质量安全检测技术示范中心”是根据我国食品安全面临的形势和任务,在金国藩、陆婉珍、陈洪渊、庄松林、江桂斌5位院士的提议下,工业和信息化部针对我国食品生产企业质量安全检测能力薄弱、自检能力不足、检测新设备配置不足、专业人才缺乏以及面向企业
