中国共产党第十六次全国代表大会胜利闭幕了。这次大会开得非常成功,是一次团结的大会、胜利的大会、奋进的大会。党的十六大是我们党在新世纪召开的第一次全国代表大会,是我们党在开始实施社会主义现代化建设第三步战略部署的新形势下召开的一次十分重要的代表大会,是我们党历史上一个新的里程碑。这次大会提出的奋斗目标,符合历史发展要求,得民心,顺民意,将极大地激励全国各族人民开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面的巨大热情。我们热烈祝贺十六大的圆满成功,衷心拥护十六大精神和大会通过的各项决议。
The 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has victoriously concluded. This conference has been very successful. It is a united conference, a victory conference and a progressive conference.
