裂纹是板坯连铸生产过程中常见的缺陷,制定合理的二冷工艺是减少铸坯裂纹的重要措施。以JBS275-B钢为对象,研究了板坯连铸二冷的工艺优化。基于凝固传热学基本理论,建立了二维板坯瞬态传热数学模型;根据高温塑性实验曲线,结合二冷区冶金原则,确定二冷区各段终点的表面目标温度;根据制定的铸坯表面目标温度,优化了二冷工艺,最终达到消除铸坯裂纹的目的。
Crack is a common defect in the process of slab continuous casting. Making a reasonable second cooling process is an important measure to reduce the slab cracks. Taking JBS275-B steel as an example, the process optimization of secondary cooling in slab continuous casting was studied. Based on the basic theory of solidification and heat transfer, a mathematical model of two-dimensional slab transient heat transfer was established. According to the high temperature plastic experimental curve and the metallurgical principle of the second cooling zone, the surface target temperature of the end of each section of the second cooling zone was determined. Billet surface temperature, optimization of the second cold process, and ultimately to eliminate the purpose of slab cracks.
