几年来,我省各级党委认真贯彻落实党的十五大精神,在深化特区改革开放、发展社会主义市场经济和精神文明建设的同时,全面加强了党的基层组织建设,不断发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用。党的组织不断发展壮大,全省基层党组织已有21000多个,比建省初期的1988年增长22%;党员总数近34万,比1988年增长32.8%。适应农业和农村经济发展新阶段的要求,坚持不懈地加强农村基层党组织建设。党的十五大以来,农村基层党组织建设在1995—1997年集中整顿建设的基础上,按照中央提出农村党支部建设“五个好”、乡镇党委建设“六个好”的目标要求,以创建“五好”村党支部、“六好”乡镇党委和农村基层组织建设先进县(市)为载体,进一步加强农村基层组织建设。各市县紧紧抓住领导班子建设,提高农村基层干部素质这个关键,加大
