地方铁路是我国铁路网的组成部分之一。目前,在铁路建设和发展严重滞后的形势下,充分调动地方政府和企业参与建路和修路,对加快振兴我国铁路有着积极的作用。本刊增设“地方铁路”栏目,目的在于广开渠道,使关心和支持铁路建设与发展的广大人员了解地方铁路的建设和发展,以及在运输市场竞争中的经营管理。
Local railways are one of the components of our railway network. At present, with railway construction and development seriously lagging behind, fully mobilizing local governments and enterprises to participate in road construction and road repairs plays a positive role in accelerating the railway revitalization in our country. The magazine has added a section entitled “Local Railways,” aiming at opening wider channels so as to enable the broad masses of people who care about and support railway construction and development to understand the construction and development of local railways and the management of the competition in the transport market.
