利用消光系数法测定胆红素含量一般都比标准曲线法高,而且这两种方法所测的结果之差不呈现规律性的变化。利用标准曲线法测定胆红素含量,所测结果放置30min的均高于放置60min的。
The use of extinction coefficient method for the determination of bilirubin content are generally higher than the standard curve method, and the difference between the results measured by these two methods does not show a regular change. The bilirubin content was measured by standard curve method. The measured results were higher than those of 60min after 30min.
