1941年knapp 首次报告白塞氏病引起神经系统并发症,此后又有一些中枢神经系统受累的病例报告,而周围神经受累较少见。作者报导一例。患者,女性,46岁,因口腔溃疡,右眼虹膜睫状体炎及生殖器溃疡8年,病情加重伴双下肢无力及感觉异常二年。既往曾诊断为白塞氏病。并经皮质激素和免疫抑制剂治疗。查体:口腔、生殖器溃疡,右眼虹膜睫状体炎而失明。眼底发现左眼视神经萎缩,玻璃体混浊及新近发生的虹膜睫状体炎伴前房积脓。下肢远段肌力下降50～60%,膝以下肌
