应用新型ETF综合检测仪对168例(227耳)中耳炎病人及15例(17耳)外伤性鼓膜穿孔者进行了检测。按照ET的OP,CP,R,D,以及PST和NST的各项指标初步进行分型分级。结果提示:外伤性鼓膜穿孔者的ET被动开放功能及主动开放功能均多为A型(88%及76%)和Ⅰ级(94%);中耳炎病人的ETF各型各级分布较为离散,其中O级7%、Ⅰ级35%、Ⅱ级24%、Ⅲ级12%、Ⅳ级22%。初步制定的分型分级标准能分别反映ET的被动及主动开放通气功能,其综合功能分级又比较接近传统的分级标准,有利于进一步探讨ETF与中耳疾患的关系,为临床诊断治疗提供参考依据。
A total of 168 cases (227 ears) of otitis media and 15 cases (17 ears) of traumatic tympanic membrane perforation were examined with the new ETF integrated detector. According to ET’s OP, CP, R, D, as well as the PST and NST indicators of the initial classification. The results suggest that the passive open function and active open function of ET in traumatic tympanic membrane perforator are mostly type A (88% vs 76%) and grade I (94%). The distribution of ETF in each type of otitis media is discrete at all levels, Grade O 7%, Grade I 35%, Grade II 24%, Grade III 12%, Grade IV 22%. The preliminary classification and grading standards can reflect the passive and active open ventilatory function of ET respectively, and its comprehensive functional classification is close to the traditional grading standards, which is conducive to further explore the relationship between ETF and middle ear disorders and provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment .
