目的分析某煤化工企业工作场所中噪声对作业人员听力的影响。方法收集该企业20万t甲醇项目2010-2013年连续4年在岗职工的职业健康检查结果,综合分析4年来该项目接触噪声的作业人员听力的异常情况及噪声职业禁忌证和噪声性耳聋的发生、发展情况。结果 4年来听力异常检出率为9.6%~16.8%,共发生噪声禁忌证患者3例,未发现职业性噪声聋患者。结论该煤化工企业工作场所的高噪声强度可能已对接噪工人的听力产生了影响。
Objective To analyze the influence of noise on the hearing ability of workers in a coal chemical enterprise workplace. Methods To collect the results of the occupational health examination of 200,000 tons of methanol project of the enterprise from 2010 to 2013 for four consecutive years and comprehensively analyze the hearing abnormalities and noise of the workers exposed to noise for the project in the past four years. Occupational contraindications and noise-induced deafness ,Development. Results The detection rate of hearing abnormalities in 4 years was 9.6% ~ 16.8%. There were 3 patients with noise contraindications and no occupational noise and hearing loss were found. Conclusion The high noise level in the workplace of the coal chemical industry may have had an impact on the hearing of noise workers.
