兰西县是国家扶贫开发工作重点县和全省十弱县,在加快脱贫解困过程中,我们坚持举全县之力上项目,以项目为载体。抓项目带产业,上项目促开发,靠项目调结构,用项目扩总量,梯次递进,多元支撑,推进市郊型经济快速发展,把兰西建成哈市卫星城、全省亚麻行业中心、哈市农副产品供应基地、现代物流和现代服务业承载基地。在项目建设中,坚持高起点规划、高标准运作、高效率推进,实现质量和效益同步增长。重点推进“中国亚麻城”、“中国东北民猪之乡”、“滨北兰西经济带”、城市经营和基础设施建设五大类项目,推动招商引资和项目年建设,牵动县域经济加快发展,使县域经济走出了低谷,实现了恢复性增长。我们重点抓了以下五个方面的项目建设:
