在高职英语教育改革的基础上,结合教育部的培养目标以及笔者教授食品营养专业英语的经验,认为高职英语教育实施实践性教学有利于培养高职生的职业英语能力,有利于提升高职生的就业竞争力。以食品营养专业为例提出了以职业为导向的高职英语实践性教学具体的方法和设想。
Based on the reform of English education in higher vocational education, combined with the training objectives of the Ministry of Education and the author’s experience in teaching food nutrition English, it is considered that the practical teaching of English education in higher vocational education is conducive to cultivating vocational English ability of higher vocational students, Employability of employment. Taking food nutrition specialty as an example, this paper puts forward the specific method and vision of vocational guidance in higher vocational English practical teaching.
