CHAPTER VII DECISION MAKING This chapter focuses on the following contents: decision-making and its status and role in management; type of decision-making; characteristic of decision-making; and decision-making method. Decision-making is to achieve a certain goal, from more than two feasible main program to choose a reasonable program analysis and judgment process. Decision-making in the management of the status and role of performance in two aspects, namely: (1) the basis of decision-making management; (2) decision-making is at all levels, all kinds of executives in the first job.
