目的以牛角瓜的茎部为试验材料,对茎部粗提物的抑菌活性进行评价。方法采用索氏提取法,以不同极性的溶剂(石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、甲醇)对牛角瓜的茎进行提取,采用纸片琼脂扩散法评价各粗提物对13种供试菌的抑菌活性。结果以石油醚为溶剂的粗提物对枯草芽孢杆菌、白色念珠菌、黑曲霉和大肠埃希菌表现出良好到优秀的抑菌活性;以氯仿为溶剂的粗提物对白色念珠菌显示出接近于氟康唑的抑菌活性;以乙酸乙酯、甲醇为溶剂的粗提物对变紫青霉、黑曲霉、尖孢镰刀菌及黄曲霉有一定的抑菌活性。结论溶剂的极性及使用顺序对粗提物的抑菌活性有较大影响。
Objective To evaluate the antimicrobial activity of crude extracts of stems of Hordeum horn melon as test material. Methods Soxhlet extraction was used to extract the stems of horn melon with solvents of different polarities (petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and methanol). The effects of crude extracts on 13 tested bacteria Antibacterial activity. Results The crude extracts with petroleum ether as solvent showed good and excellent antibacterial activities against Bacillus subtilis, Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger and Escherichia coli. Crude extract with chloroform as solvent showed that Candida albicans Close to the antibacterial activity of fluconazole; ethyl acetate, methanol as the solvent of the crude extract Penicillium purple, Aspergillus niger, Fusarium oxysporum and aflatoxin have certain antibacterial activity. Conclusion The polarity of the solvent and the order of application have a great influence on the antibacterial activity of the crude extract.
