春节,是中国人民的传统节日,俗称“过年”,许多传统习俗可谓根深蒂固,一些海外华人、华侨,虽远离祖国,但每逢春节到来,仍以各种方式共庆佳节。 美国的华人:过春节别有一番情趣,年初一,美国朋友只要与熟悉的美籍华人或在美国生活多年的华人见面,第一句话就是“春节愉快”!同时赠送贺年卡,祝贺春节,人们上街跳龙舞和燃鞭炮,入夜,天空闪耀着焰火发出阵阵绚丽光彩,街头不时出现庆祝春节的队伍,有狮子舞、龙舞等热闹异常。
The Spring Festival is a traditional festival for the Chinese people, commonly known as the “New Year.” Many traditional customs are deeply rooted.
