在复杂多变的市场环境下,转型外包为中国企业在快速变化的市场环境下获取或重构竞争优势的持续提升提供了一种新的选择。转型外包是否能以及如何推动企业的战略转型和实现价值创造也由此成为当前迫切需要解决的重要问题。本文在对国内外学者研究转型外包的相关文献进行系统梳理的基础上,从发包方视角出发揭示了“合作企业社会资本-知识存量-价值创造”的作用路径与作用效果。研究结果表明,转型外包合作企业社会资本对发包企业的知识存量产生影响,知识存量又直接作用于发包企业的价值创造,而学习能力对整条作用路径都起到积极的调节作用。本文的结果进一步拓展了转型外包情景下社会资本与价值创造的相关理论,对企业知识管理实践也有一定的指导意义。
In a complex and volatile market environment, transition outsourcing provides a new option for Chinese enterprises to obtain or rebuild their competitive advantages in a rapidly changing market environment. Whether the transition outsourcing can and how to promote the strategic transformation of enterprises and the realization of value creation has thus become an urgent issue that needs to be resolved urgently. Based on the systematic review of the domestic and foreign scholars’ literature on transformational outsourcing, this paper reveals the role of the “cooperative enterprise’s social capital-knowledge stock-value creation” from the viewpoint of the contracting party. The results show that the social capital of the transformation outsourcing cooperative enterprise has an impact on the knowledge stock of the contracting firm, and the knowledge stock plays a direct role in the value creation of the contracting firm, while the learning ability plays a positive regulatory role on the whole path of action. The result of this paper further expands the related theories of social capital and value creation in the context of transformational outsourcing, and also has some guiding significance to the practice of enterprise knowledge management.
