研制出一种新Fe-Mn-Al-Cr系奥氏体热强钢37Mn31Al3Cr2MoVWNbB。它经1150℃ 1h W.Q.+790℃ 20h A.C.处理后,存在V_4C_3,NbC与M_3B_2等合金相,其中V_4C_3具有显著的强化作用,使其高温强度接近A-286的水平。由于加入少量Cr,Cr与Al的复合作用明显地提高抗氧化性能。同时,Cr也促进X相的形成,故长期时效过程中除析出Laves相外,还产生了少量X相。以37Mn31Al3Cr2MoVWNbB钢制成一小批精锻涡轮增压器叶片,在海轮上成功地净转运3400h。这些实验结果说明,Fe-Mn-Al-Cr系奥氏体钢具有发展成为一种新奥氏体热强钢的可能性。
Developed a new Fe-Mn-Al-Cr austenitic hot-rolled steel 37Mn31Al3Cr2MoVWNbB. After treatment at 1150 ℃ for 1h W.Q. + 790 ℃ for 20h A.C., there are V_4C_3, NbC and M_3B_2 alloy phases, among which V_4C_3 has significant strengthening effect and its high temperature strength is close to the level of A-286. Due to the addition of a small amount of Cr, the combined effect of Cr and Al significantly improves the oxidation resistance. At the same time, Cr also promote the formation of X phase, so the long-term aging process in addition to the precipitation of Laves phase, also produced a small amount of X-phase. A small batch of precision-forged turbocharger blades made of 37Mn31Al3Cr2MoVWNbB steel was successfully net-delivered 3400h on the seagoing vessel. These experimental results show that the Fe-Mn-Al-Cr austenitic steel has the potential to develop into a new austenitic hot-rolled steel.
