以某双蜗壳混流泵为研究对象,利用计算流体动力学(CFD)商用软件CFX中RNGκ-ε湍流模型及全隐式多网格耦合求解算法对其3种工况下的内部三维湍流流动进行数值模拟,分析了3种工况下叶轮内的相对速度和压力变化及设计工况下蜗壳内部流动的冲击、二次流现象,并探讨了提高混流式叶轮水力性能的改型方法。
Taking a double-volute mixed-flow pump as the research object, this paper uses the RNGκ-ε turbulence model in the commercial CFX CFD software and the all-implicit multi-grid coupling algorithm to solve the three-dimensional turbulent flow The numerical simulation was carried out. The relative velocity and pressure change in the impeller and the impact and secondary flow in the volute under the designed conditions were analyzed. The modified methods to improve the hydraulic performance of the Francis impeller were also discussed.
