文山州麻风病防治领导小组于1979年7月20—25日在文山县召开了全州麻风防治工作经验交流会。出席会议的有各县皮防站(组)的负责人及各麻风村的行政管理人员和医生共七十二人。中共文山县委宣传部和州卫生局、民政局的负责同志都到会讲了话。会议传达了全国麻风病科研工作会议精神。这次会议学习了《云南省麻风病防治管理工作规划》(1928——1985年)、学习讨论了《全国麻风病防治规划》(征求意见稿)、总结交流了近年来麻风防治管理工作的经验,有18个单位和个人在会上发了言。在会上黄文标医生作了“麻风病的新进展,甘
The Wenshan State Leprosy Prevention Leading Group held the statewide leprosy prevention work experience exchange meeting in Wenshan County on July 20-25, 1979. At the meeting, there were a total of 72 people in charge of the county’s skin defense station (group) and the administrative staff and doctors of each leprosy village. The Propaganda Department of the Wenshan County CPC Committee, the State Health Bureau, and the Civil Affairs Bureau’s responsible comrades all spoke to the conference. The conference conveyed the spirit of the National Leprosy Research Conference. The conference studied the Yunnan Province’s leprosy prevention and management work plan (1928-1985), studied and discussed the “National Leprosy Control Plan” (draft for soliciting opinions), and summarized and exchanged experiences in leprosy prevention and management work in recent years. There were 18 units and individuals who spoke at the meeting. At the meeting, Dr. Huang Wenbiao made a new progress in leprosy.
