当前,“房产税”、“限购令”可以说是楼市最热门的词汇。为遏制房价过快上涨的势头,促进房地产市场平稳健康发展,“新国八条”即《国务院办公厅关于进一步做好房地产市场调控工作有关问题的通知》的出台,再次牵动了社会各方的“神经”。重庆和上海对个人住房征收房产税改革试点;“限购”城市的范围不断扩大,实施细则相继出台一系列举动昭示着此轮调控力度之大。
