第一章总则第一条沁河为黄河主要支流,发源于山西沁源,流经沁阳、武陟而入黄河,总长约三百公里,流域面积约一万二千平方公里。每届雨季洪水暴涨,时常溃决为灾,自木栾店以上两岸灌溉利益甚溥,惜多沿用旧法,在五龙口两岸附近,煤及药材产量甚丰,可借舟楫下运。此次测量目的,为取得可靠之资料,以便计划防洪,整理灌溉及恢复航运之需。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 The Qinhe River, a major tributary of the Yellow River, originates from Qinyuan, Shanxi. It flows through Qinyang and Wuhu into the Yellow River, with a total length of about 300 kilometers and a watershed area of about 12,000 square kilometers. Every rainy season soaring floods, often collapses as a disaster, since the wood Luan shop more than the interests of both sides of the Indianapolis, but many follow the old method, in the Wulongkou near the two sides, coal and herbs yield very abundant, can be transported by boat.
