过共晶铝硅合金是铸造活塞用的理想材料。本文所介绍的是为结合国产JT30型(即日本雅马哈)摩托车活塞的试制,对其使用材料的热处理规范所进行的研究。 首先借助“定位金相观察法”。确定了对这类合金适宜的固溶化温度范围。进而按L_9(3~4)正交表设计“固溶化—时效”方案,进行优选。考虑到活塞的工作条件,我们决定从所获强度与尺寸稳定性两方面。用“极差法”作综合分析,终于推荐出过共晶铝硅合金用作活塞材料时的最佳热处理规范。 反复试验的数据表明:按此工艺热处理后所获得的各项性能皆优于日本雅马哈活塞的质量检验标准,而且已经达到或超过了西德马勒公司活塞手册中的相应指标。
Hypereutectic Al-Si alloy is the ideal material for casting piston. This article describes the combination of domestic JT30 (that is, Japan Yamaha) trial of motorcycle pistons, the use of materials for heat treatment conducted by the study.
