教师交流对当前的教育均衡发展起着重要的作用。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年》指出:利用教师交流的模式,实现不同学校间教师短期工作交换,进而促进区域内师资均衡。2013年C县开始全面推行义务教育教师交流政策,作为交流教师中的一员,笔者历时一年多,采用访谈、个案等方法,对教师交流政策实施中可能出现的问题进行了探索和研究。
