本文对跨国公司全球投资的特点和趋势以及传统跨国公司理论的局限性进行了分析,在考察了实物期权理论的特征及其在跨国投资中的应用以后指出,可以对实物期权理论进行扩展,并使之成为跨国公司研究的理论新视角。最后,文章用跨国公司在华投资的发展和变化状况直接证明了这一理论的解释力。
This paper analyzes the characteristics and trends of multinational corporations ’global investment and the limitations of traditional multinational corporations’ theories. After examining the characteristics of real option theory and its application in cross-border investment, it points out that the theory of real options can be extended to Make it a new theoretical perspective of multinational corporations’ research. Finally, the article directly demonstrates the explanatory power of this theory with the development and changes in the investment of multinational corporations in China.
