本文通过对镉暴露工人桡骨远端骨质结构 X 线分析发现,镉暴露工人桡骨远端骨小梁明显稀疏。用骨小梁数目、平均宽度、相对密度和相对面积四项指标来反映镉所引起的骨质损害。结果表明:上述骨小梁指标与尿镉、尿 NAG、尿钙、尿β_2-微球蛋白有明显相关性,其中骨小梁数目、平均宽度及相对面积与尿镉有明显的剂量-反应关系。建议使用骨小梁数目+骨小梁平均宽度二联指标作为镉致骨损伤的早期诊断指标。
In this paper, X-ray analysis of the distal radial bone structure of cadmium exposed workers found that cadmium exposed workers were significantly sparse trabecular bone distal to the radius. The number of trabecular bone, the average width, relative density and relative area of the four indicators to reflect the bone damage caused by cadmium. The results showed that the indexes of trabecular bone were significantly correlated with urinary cadmium, urine NAG, urinary calcium and urinary β_2-microglobulin, and the number of trabecular meshwork, the average width and the relative area were significantly dose-response relationship with urinary cadmium . It is recommended that the number of trabecular meshwork and the average trabecular bone width index be used as an early diagnostic indicator of bone damage caused by cadmium.
