目的建立微波萃取-气相色谱/质谱联用分析作业场所中多环芳烃(PAH)的方法。方法分析PAH的不同前处理方法对分析结果的影响,微波萃取比超声和索提的萃取率高。进而优化了GC/MS的进样模式、进样量、离子源温度和程序升温条件。结果对一份作业场所的空气进行分析,检出16种PAH,其中菲的含量最高,达到152.8μg/L,苯并(g,h,i)芘的含量最低为1.02μg/L。结论此法灵敏度高,准确度好,能同时分离测定16种PAH,能够满足作业场所中PAH分析的要求。
Objective To establish a method for the analysis of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) in workplace by microwave extraction - gas chromatography / mass spectrometry. Methods The influence of different pretreatment methods of PAH on the analysis results was analyzed. The extraction rate of microwave extraction was higher than that of ultrasound and soxhlet extraction. This optimizes the GC / MS injection mode, injection volume, ion source temperature, and programmed temperature conditions. Results A total of 16 PAHs were detected in the air of a workplace. The highest content of phenanthrene was 152.8μg / L and the lowest content of benzo (g, h, i) pyrene was 1.02μg / L. Conclusion This method has high sensitivity and good accuracy. It can separate and measure 16 PAHs at the same time to meet the requirements of PAH analysis in workplaces.
