近日,国务院总理李克强主持召开经济形势座谈会,听取专家和企业负责人的看法和建议。李克强表示,要避免经济大起大落,使经济运行保持在合理区间。其“下限”就是稳增长、保就业,“上限”就是防范通货膨胀。显然,由于二季度的经济增速只有7.5%,这使得当前稳住增长“下限”的任务比较繁重。而通胀水平虽然在6月份略有上升,但远未触及“上限”。以此观之,近期经济工作的核心,还是稳增长、保就业。
