以洗煤泵用KMTBCr20抗磨白口铸铁为研究对象,研究了NbC、VC外加颗粒对铁水的作用效果。结果表明,外加颗粒可抑制晶体长大,显著细化组织和提高材料的力学性能。当添加0.1%的VC时,效果最佳,碳化物得以细化、钝化,使材料具有高硬度的同时还具有高的韧性。材料的硬度(HRC)和冲击韧度(αk)比未添加外加颗粒时分别提高了14.5%和92.5%,使得洗煤泵的有效工作时间由2 800h增至4 200h。
With coal washing pump KMTBCr20 anti-wear white cast iron as the research object, studied NbC, VC plus particles on the effect of hot metal. The results show that the addition of particles can inhibit the crystal growth, significantly refine the structure and improve the mechanical properties of the material. When 0.1% VC is added, the effect is best. The carbides are refined and passivated, giving the material high hardness and high toughness. The hardness (HRC) and impact toughness (αk) of the material increased by 14.5% and 92.5%, respectively, compared with those without added particles, which increased the effective working time of coal washing pump from 2 800 h to 4 200 h.
