随着我国教育事业的不断发展,中职院校传统教学方式面临着全面改革,其中最重要的一点就是中职班主任工作。中职班主任工作是整个班级的灵魂所在,只有班主任将情感艺术运用得当,必定会得到非常好的教学效果。本文通过对中职班主任工作中情感运用艺术的重要性和中职班主任工作中存在的问题进行了分析,总结归纳出了中职班主任工作中情感艺术的主要运用手段,以供相关人员参考或采纳。
With the continuous development of education in our country, the traditional teaching methods of secondary vocational colleges are faced with a comprehensive reform. The most important point of this is the work of teachers in secondary vocational schools. Secondary vocational school teacher work is the soul of the entire class, only the teacher in charge of the use of emotional art, will certainly be very good teaching results. Based on the analysis of the importance of using art in the work of director of secondary vocational school and the problems existing in the work of director of secondary vocational school, this paper summarizes the main means of using emotional art in the work of director of secondary vocational school for reference and adoption by relevant personnel .
