Recently, a dramatic architectural news broke out in Brooklyn, Skanska, a New York apartment project contractor, decided to suspend all B2 BKLYN projects. This is due to the disagreement between the contractor Skanska and the developer Forest City Rather (FCR) regarding the slow progress of the construction.
