本文以不同意言语行为的表达为例,通过对不同英语水平的学生进行问卷调查,探究是否越间接的表达方式就越是礼貌,语用能力的培养是否能独立于语言能力的培养。经过问卷和SPSS软件分析后,得出结论如下:(1)语言的得体和礼貌并不完全和言语的间接程度划等号;(2)不同语言能力的说话人显示出不通的语言能力;(3)总体上来说,语言能力越高的二外学习者,其语用能力越强,其语言表达越接近母语说话者。该分析为培养二外学习者的语用能力提供了方法和思路。
Taking the disagreement of verbal behavior as an example, the paper polls students of different English levels to find out whether the more indirect forms of expression are polite, and whether the cultivation of pragmatic competence can be independent of the cultivation of language ability. After the questionnaire and SPSS software analysis, the conclusions are as follows: (1) Incomplete and politeness of language and degree of indirectness of language are equated; (2) Speakers with different linguistic abilities show incompetence in language ability; 3) Generally speaking, the two foreign learners with higher linguistic competence are more pragmatic and their linguistic expressions are closer to the native speaker. This analysis provides a method and idea for cultivating the pragmatic competence of two foreign learners.
