针对目前工业建筑遗产保护与更新存在的不足,研究从城市总体层面出发,首先对现有工业建筑遗产进行调研和梳理,然后从历史赋予工业建筑遗产的价值和保护与更新的相关价值两个方面建立双指标模型评价法对长沙现存工业建筑遗产进行量化评估。根据评估结果,提出长沙工业建筑遗产保护与更新的基本策略:建立分级保护体系;划定保护片区,建立分区管理机制;因地制宜,分类引导再利用发展模式。
In view of the existing problems in the protection and renewal of the industrial building heritage, the research starts from the overall city level, first surveys and combs the existing industrial building heritage, and then from the two aspects of the value that the history gives to the industrial building heritage and the relative value of protection and renewal Establishing Dual Indicator Model Evaluation Method to Quantitatively Evaluate the Existing Industrial Building Heritage in Changsha. According to the assessment results, the paper proposes the basic strategies for the protection and renewal of the industrial building heritage in Changsha: setting up a hierarchical protection system; delineating protection zones and establishing zoning management mechanisms; and guiding and reusing the development modes according to local conditions.
