本文介绍了英国建筑软着陆体系框架,与国内现行设计建造不同,其延伸了建筑的设计、施工、运行阶段的服务范畴和参与方,有助于项目平稳过渡,避免和减少不必要的设计、施工变更。结合英国建筑软着陆体系的特点,本文重点分析了该体系中的建筑使用后评估方法,包括:后评估的阶段和重点内容、设计能耗计算方法、运行能耗评估方法以及后评估的成本费用。重点关注建筑运行效果,并考虑使用者用能行为的干扰因素,通过运行阶段后评估提供项目节能降耗的改进方案。文中通过选取一个英国典型住宅建筑案例开展后评估分析,展示了后评估要点和节能效果。本文重点展示了英国建筑软着陆体系中后评估的精髓要义和实操重点,为我国绿色建筑开展后评估提供了有益参考。
This paper introduces the framework of the UK building soft landing system. Unlike the current domestic design and construction, it extends the service scope and participants involved in the design, construction and operation stages of the building to help smooth the transition of the project and avoid or reduce unnecessary design, Construction changes. Combined with the characteristics of the UK building soft landing system, this paper focuses on the post-construction evaluation methods in this system, including: the post-evaluation phase and key content, the design energy consumption calculation method, the operating energy consumption assessment method and the post-evaluation cost . Focus on the effect of building operation, and consider the user interference behavior of energy behavior, through the assessment after the operation phase to provide energy saving projects to improve the program. This paper presents a post-evaluation analysis of a typical residential building in the UK, demonstrating the main points of post-evaluation and energy-saving effects. This article focuses on the essentials and practical aspects of post-assessment in the UK’s building soft landing system, and provides a useful reference for post-assessment of green building in China.
