目的:观察三黄清血饮治疗儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)的临床疗效。方法:将173例患儿随机分为2组,对照组86例采用西医常规治疗;治疗组87例在对照组基础上应用三黄清血饮治疗。观察治疗前后症状、体征、血液流变学指标、血清免疫球蛋白(IgG、IgA、IgM)变化及治疗后的复发情况。结果:治疗组治愈率、总有效率分别为78.16%、95.40%;对照组分别为59.30%、86.05%,2组比较,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05.P<0.01)。治疗组治愈患儿皮肤紫癜,关节症状、消化道症状消失时间短于对照组.差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。治疗后治疗组血液流变学指标明显改善。血清IgA、IgM低于本组治疗前及对照组,IgG高于本组治疗前及对照组,差异有显著性或非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。复发率治疗组为14.94%.对照组为32.56%,2组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:三黄清血饮治疗儿童HSP可明显减轻临床症状,缩短病程,降低复发率,并可改善HSP患儿血液流变学异常及免疫功能紊乱状态,疗效肯定。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanhuang Qingxue Yin in the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein purpura (HSP) in children. Methods: 173 children were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 86 patients treated with routine Western medicine; 87 cases of treatment group in the control group based on the application of Sanhuang Qing Xue Yin treatment. The symptoms, signs, hemorheological indexes, serum immunoglobulin (IgG, IgA, IgM) and the relapse after treatment were observed before and after treatment. Results: The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were 78.16% and 95.40% respectively; the control group was 59.30% and 86.05% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05, P <0.01) . Treatment group cured children with purpura skin, joint symptoms, disappearance of gastrointestinal symptoms shorter than the control group, the difference was very significant (P <0.01). After treatment, the treatment group, hemorheology index improved significantly. Serum IgA and IgM levels were lower than those of the control group and the control group before treatment. The level of IgG was higher in this group than before treatment and in the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01). The recurrence rate was 14.94% in the treatment group and 32.56% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: Sanhuang Qingxue Yin treatment of children with HSP can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms, shorten the course of the disease, reduce the recurrence rate, and can improve the HSP in children with abnormal blood flow disorders and immune status, efficacy is positive.
