电子邮件侵蚀办公时间 一项新的调查显示,在办公室上班的工作人员每日大约花费1个小时来阅读电子邮件,而电子邮件中1/3强为同事或老板所发出的无用信件。此项对来自规模从20人到1万人不等公司的330名员工的调查显示,大约34%的办公室内部电子邮件是无用的。调查还显示,如果这些邮件被剔除,花在阅读电子邮件上的时间可以减少30%。 平均而言,电子邮件的使用频率增加了38%。目前电子邮件使用中最突出的问题,在于相互发送笑话和连锁信件。
E-mail erodes office hours A new survey shows that office workers spend about an hour daily reading e-mails, while one-third of e-mails send unwanted letters to colleagues or bosses. A survey of 330 employees from companies ranging in size from 20 to 10,000 people shows that about 34% of intra-office e-mail is useless. The survey also showed that if these messages were removed, the time spent reading e-mail can be reduced by 30%. On average, e-mail usage has increased by 38%. At present, the most prominent issue in the use of e-mail lies in sending jokes and chain letters to each other.
