肚脐膏为福建名老中医陈桐雨经验方.方中君药冰片(或樟脑)具通关开窍散郁之力,可治心腹胀痛.伍以葱白通上下之阳,田螺(其性禀至阴)、淡豆豉、车前草清解通利散郁.余在临床自配该方治疗中毒性肠麻痹患儿近20例,效果显著,介绍如下:肚脐膏组成:冰片0.2～1g或樟脑3g纱布包置于肚脐眼,另取葱白、田螺、淡豆豉、鲜车前草各30g共捣烂,覆于冰片(或樟脑)上面,每日1次.典型病例:王××,男,7个月.1990年7月17日入院.住院号12915.患儿咳喘、发热、大便稀溏已四天,腹胀二天.曾在某医院肌注青霉素及输液等,疗效不显.入院前一天腹泻加剧,日解蛋花汤样便十余次.查体体温37.7℃,神疲嗜睡,精神萎靡,营养不良,三凹征(+),心前区闻及Ⅲ°SM,双肺喘鸣音及湿性啰
