第一条为了加强汽车(含其他机动车)驾驶员培训行业管理,提高培训质量,保障培训单位和学员的合法权益,满足道路运输发展和人民生活水平日益提高的需要,根据国务院办公厅国办发[1994]29号和国阅[1993]204号文件的精神,特制定本办法。第二条本办法适用于在中华人民共和国境内面向社会开办的从事民用汽车驾驶员培训的各类驾驶学校和为本单位培养汽车驾驶员的培训班,以及经营性驾驶教练场地。
Article 1 In order to strengthen the management of automobile training industry (including other motor vehicles), improve the quality of training, protect the legitimate rights and interests of training units and trainees, meet the needs of the development of road transport and the ever-increasing standard of living of the people, according to the State Council Office The [1994] No. 29 and Guo Yue [1993] No. 204 document, specially formulated this approach. Article 2 These Procedures shall apply to all kinds of driving schools engaged in the training of civilian car drivers and the training courses for car drivers organized by the public in the People’s Republic of China for the society, as well as the operating driving coach venues.
