第三代头孢菌素对肠道革兰氏阴性杆菌和下面的重要病菌:流感嗜血杆菌,无乳链球菌属(乙组链球菌),脑膜炎奈瑟菌素和肺炎链球菌属有效。近来证实除头孢肤肟外,衰老的第二代头孢菌素已经没有被儿科医生广泛地使用。第三代头孢菌素不仅对婴幼儿主要的细菌病原体活性高,而且对实验性脑膜炎和脑膜炎病人也能达到极好的脑脊液杀菌作用。
Third-generation cephalosporins are effective against enterically Gram-negative bacilli and the following important pathogens: Haemophilus influenzae, Streptococcus agalactiae (Group B Streptococcus), Neisseria meningitidis, and Streptococcus pneumoniae. Recently confirmed that in addition to cephalosporin skin oxime, the aging second-generation cephalosporin has not been widely used by pediatricians. The third generation of cephalosporins is not only highly active against the major bacterial pathogens in infants and young children but also achieves excellent cerebrospinal fluid bactericidal activity in experimental meningitis and meningitis patients.
