抗核抗体(ANA)为最常见的自身抗体,主要见于与自身免疫有关的疾病。ANA 检测有助于一些自身免疫病的诊断以及对某些疲病发病机理的研究。但在许多发病机理与自身免疫无明显关系的疾病,甚至在正常人亦可检出。本文应用免疫荧光法检测各类病人与正常人血清 ANA,计对结果作一初步分析。
Anti-nuclear antibody (ANA) is the most common autoantibodies, mainly found in autoimmune diseases. ANA testing can be helpful in the diagnosis of some autoimmune diseases and in the pathogenesis of certain types of fatigue. However, many diseases with no obvious relationship with autoimmunity can be detected even in normal people. In this paper, immunofluorescence assay for various types of patients and normal serum ANA, the results for a preliminary analysis.
